At Al Amanah Imports, we aim to provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review the details of our return policy below:

Return Window

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

 Final Sale Items

All sale items, body oils, and attars are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change, edit, or cancel it, as our team begins processing immediately to ensure prompt delivery. If an error occurred during checkout, you may request a return if your order complies with our return policy (excluding final sale items such as body oils, and attars).

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.
  • Be in its original packaging and unsealed.

Important: Please inspect your items for any damage before removing the tags. If tags are removed or tampered with, we will be unable to accept the return.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please ensure tags are still intact before notifying us. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we recommend returning the eligible item and placing a new order for the desired product once your return is accepted.

Rejected Returns

If a returned item does not meet our return policy criteria (e.g., damaged, worn, or fails inspection), you will have two options:

  1. Have the item sent back to you (shipping costs will be your responsibility).
  2. Have us dispose of the item at no additional cost.

You will be notified if your return is rejected, and you can decide how to proceed.

Refunds

  • Please allow 3–9 business days for your return to be processed.
  • Once inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. 

Note: Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
